CENTRAL TEXAS KICKBALL ASSOCIATION 2021 SPONSOR CONTRACT

This contract establishes an agreement between the sponsor named below and the Central Texas Association (CTKA).

The sponsorship donation is $250.00 per team.  In return for this donation to the non-profit CTKA, your sponsored kickball team will wear the official CTKA uniform bearing the above sponsors name on the back of the shirt in plain text script.  The sponsored team will wear the shirts during all CTKA regular league play during our summer 2021 season.  Advertising the sponsors name is CTKA's way of showing appreciation for the donation.  The above sponsor is responsible for checking the federal tax codes before claiming this donation as a deduction.  The color of lettering on uniforms will be determined by the CTKA Board of Directors.  The information will be printed as provided to the extent possible.  However, the CTKA Board of Directors retains the right to use its discretion to make changes while working within the parameters provided by the printing company. One line of copy in a type style or font that is thick and easy to read is suggested.  No proofs will be provided to the above sponsor prior to printing.   

Be sure you and the CTKA representative are clear on the information to be printed on the shirts.  The below sponsor is responsible for providing a business card, camera-ready artwork, file, or preferred type style.  If none is provided, the CTKA Board will decide which type style to use for the print.
